随着我国经济的发展,园林工程关系着人们的生活环境和质量,因此,做好园林工程快速施工显得非常的重要。本文通过我对我国园林工程施工中组织管理方式和园林工程施工的特点进行了有效地分析,提出了具体的解决方案,解决了园林工程中因为工期的延误影响工程施工的质量、增加工程成本或者因为工期延误而造成的赔偿等问题。
