近年来,随着企业间竞争的加剧,不少企业开始追求多元化经营模式,试图通过多元化经营减轻企业经营风险,使企业走上健康稳定发展的道路。然而,现实中既有因多元化战略而受益的企业,也有不少因多元化经营而陷入财务危机甚至破产危机的实例。本文借鉴国内外研究方法,结合我国企业具体实践,分析了企业多元化经营中存在的误区,并提出企业如何正确实施多元化战略。
In recent years, with the intensification of competition among enterprises, many enterprises began to pursue the diversified business model and tried to mitigate their business risks through diversified operations so that they could embark on a path of healthy and stable development. However, in reality, there are both enterprises that have benefited from diversification strategies and many instances of diversification into financial crises and even bankruptcies. This article draws lessons from the domestic and foreign research methods, combined with the concrete practice of our country, analyzes the misunderstandings existing in the diversification of the enterprise, and puts forward how the enterprise can correctly implement the diversification strategy.
