目的探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、铁蛋白(SF)在手足口病(HFMD)合并脑炎患儿中的表达。方法采用ELISA法与化学发光法对20例HFMD患儿(A组)和45例HFMD合并脑炎患儿(B组)进行血清NSE、VEGF、SF水平测定,并与10例健康体检儿童(C组)进行比较。结果B组血清NSE、VEGF水平均高于A组和C组(P<0.05)。三组血清SF水平相仿(P>0.05)。结论 NSE、VEGF对HFMD合并脑炎患儿诊断及预后判断具有指导意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum neuron specific enolase (NSE), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and ferritin (SF) in children with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) complicated by encephalitis. Methods Serum levels of NSE, VEGF and SF were measured in 20 children with HFMD (group A) and 45 children with HFMD complicated with encephalitis (group B) by ELISA and chemiluminescence, and compared with 10 healthy children (C Group) for comparison. Results Serum levels of NSE and VEGF in group B were significantly higher than those in group A and group C (P <0.05). The three groups of serum SF levels were similar (P> 0.05). Conclusion NSE and VEGF have guiding significance in the diagnosis and prognosis of children with HFMD complicated with encephalitis.
