尽管罗非鱼养殖发展迅速,伹目前在技术上仍存在着不少问题,除亲鱼养殖、苗种生产、鱼病、饲养管理等问题之外,开发经济性配合饲料亦是当前发展罗非鱼养殖的重要课题之一,也就是必须通过了解罗非鱼的营养要求,改良目前使用的饲料,开发新的高效率配合饲料。本文主要根据笔者的研究结果,概述对给饵率和给饵次数等因素对罗非鱼的生长的影响,脂质、氨基酸和蛋白质的营养价值,以及饲料蛋白质、脂质、可消化碳水化合物含量对增重率、饵料效率和蛋白质效率(PER)的影响。
