采用搅拌摩擦焊对2024铝合金进行焊接试验,研究了其焊接工艺参数中添加不同环氧树脂含量的碳化硅粉末、搅拌头旋转速度对焊缝成形、宏观组织、微观组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:当添加剂为碳化硅+20wt%环氧树脂时,能够较好地成形,焊缝硬度较高,具有更佳的性能;同时搅拌摩擦焊搅拌头的转速对焊件影响较大,转速越高时焊缝表面越光滑,“洋葱瓣”越不明显,本试验中当搅拌头转速在800 r/min时,碳化硅粉末与母材混合较好,分布均匀。研究结果为改善铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头的力学性能提供了必要的理论依据和试验依据。
The welding experiment of 2024 aluminum alloy was carried out by friction stir welding. The influence of silicon carbide powder with different epoxy content added in the welding process parameters, the influence of rotation speed of stirrer on the forming, macro-structure, microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld was studied. . The results show that: when the additive is silicon carbide + 20wt% epoxy resin, it can be well formed, the weld hardness is higher and has better performance; meanwhile, the friction stir welding head rotational speed has a great influence on the weldment, The higher the surface of the weld is smoother, the less obvious is the onion petal. In this experiment, when the rotating speed of the stirring head is 800 r / min, the silicon carbide powder mixes well with the base metal and is evenly distributed. The results provide the necessary theoretical and experimental basis for improving the mechanical properties of the friction stir welded aluminum alloy joints.
