随着中国金融业、通信业的快速发展,花样翻新的电信诈骗犯罪迅速蔓延。作案分子借助手机、固定电话、网络等通信工具和现代网银技术,在境外对受害者实施非接触式诈骗犯罪,给人民群众造成了巨大的财产损失。针对此类案件的高发态势,中国警方跨界出击,与东南亚多国警方携手合作,成功地摧毁了多个跨国电信诈骗犯罪团伙。
With the rapid development of China’s financial industry and telecommunications industry, the trumpeter Telecom fraud has rapidly spread. Using the communication tools such as mobile phones, landline telephones and networks and modern online banking and banking technologies, the criminal elements have committed non-contact fraud crimes against victims outside the country and have inflicted enormous property losses on the people. In response to the high incidence of such cases, the Chinese police have crossed over the border and cooperated with many police in Southeast Asia to successfully destroy a number of multinational telecommunications fraud criminal gangs.
