第一章:总则第一条:为加强散装食品经营管理,引导经营户加强自律,提高散装食品安全管理水平,确保广大消费者消费安全,根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》、《中华人民共和国食品安全法实施条例》等有关法律、法规,制定本规范。第二条:本规范所称散装食品是指无预包装的食品、食品原料及加工半成品(含现场制作并直接销售给终端消费者的食品),但不包括新鲜果蔬,以及需清洗后加工的原粮、鲜冻畜禽产品和水产品等。
