患者男,61岁。右上腹疼痛伴全身乏力3周入院。体检:右上腹轻压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张,Murphy’s征阴性,肝、脾及胆囊肋下未触及,肝区叩痛。血常规:白细胞计数7.93×109/L。肿瘤标记物:甲胎蛋白3 ng/ml,癌胚抗原2.62μg/l,糖类抗原125 12.25 U/ml,糖类抗原199 9.46 U/ml,糖类抗原724 0.88 U/ml,细胞角蛋白19片段2.62 ng/ml。CT检查:肝右叶见直径约5 cm肿块,肿块边界光整,密
Male patient, 61 years old. The right upper quadrant pain was associated with malaise for 3 weeks. Physical examination: Right upper quadrant light tenderness, no rebound tenderness and muscle tension, Murphy’s sign negative, liver, spleen and gallbladder not touched under the ribs, liver pain. Blood routine: WBC count 7.93 × 109/L. Tumor markers: alpha fetoprotein 3 ng/ml, carcinoembryonic antigen 2.62 μg/l, carbohydrate antigen 125 12.25 U/ml, carbohydrate antigen 199 9.46 U/ml, carbohydrate antigen 724 0.88 U/ml, cytokeratin 19 fragments 2.62 ng/ml. CT examination: The right hepatic lobe shows a mass of about 5 cm in diameter.
