随着经济全球化的发展,当代中国大学生经受着多元文化的冲击。如何构建高职跨文化人才的文化育人体系,是高职院校迫切需要解决的难题。本文从高职院校培养高端技能型人才的目标出发,通过对高职学生跨文化交际能力内涵的综述,对高职院校跨文化教学的路径进行了新的探索。
With the development of economic globalization, contemporary Chinese college students are under the impact of multiple cultures. How to construct a system of cultural education for higher vocational students with intercultural talents is an urgent problem to be solved in higher vocational colleges. This article, starting from the goal of training high-end skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges, probes into the connotation of intercultural communication competence of higher vocational students and makes a new exploration of the path of intercultural teaching in higher vocational colleges.
