目的:通过试验探讨首舒康冲剂的追加成型工艺。方法:方以浸膏干粉与辅料制粒后的吸湿度及成型性等为标准,以确定辅料的种类及比例、辅料与浸膏的比例;以冲剂的外观、粒度、水分、溶化性为质量评定指标,来对颗粒剂的质量进行评定。结果:浸膏粉与赋形剂的比例为1∶1时,制出的颗粒为最佳;采用糊精:乳糖(2∶1)混合辅料吸湿性率低,成型性好。结论:选择糊精和乳糖(2∶1)为辅料,浸膏粉与赋形剂的比例为1∶1,为首舒康冲剂最佳成型工艺。
Objective: To investigate the additional shaping process of Shushuang granules by experiment.
