于光远理事长委托龚育之副理事长主持召开第五次理事长会议。会议于1991年12月2日在魏公村举行,李昌、钟林、丘亮辉副理事长出席,李宝恒副理事长在外地未能参加会议。王国政,张济副秘书长列席了会议。 丘亮辉报告了1991年研究会的工作和1992年的初步打算(报告全文和1992年第一批学术会议表另发)。理事长们就研究会工作及1992年春召开第三届会员代表大会的有关问题进行深入的讨论。会议决定1991年12月23日召开二届第六次常务理事会,讨论以上问题并进一步作出决定。 李昌同志强调开展科技与社会的研究、探讨和宣传社会主义优越性和科技是第一生产力等课题的
Chairman Yu Guangyuan commissioned Gong Yu, vice chairman presided over the fifth chairman of the board meeting. The meeting was held on December 2, 1991 in Weigong Village. Li Chang, Zhong Lin and Qiu Liang Hui attended the meeting. Vice Chairman Li Baoheng failed to attend the meeting in the field. Wang Guozheng, Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Ji attended the meeting. Qiu Lianghui reported on the work of the 1991 Research Society and its preliminary plan for 1992 (the full report and the first group of academic conferences in 1992 were separately issued). The directors conducted in-depth discussions on the work of the research institute and the related issues concerning the convening of the third member congress in the spring of 1992.
