现代教学论指出,教学是教师的教与学生的学的统一,这种统一的实质就是师生之间直接或间接地互动,师生互动形成一个真正的“学习共同体”.因而,教师应灵活采用教学方法和手段给学生创建一个良好的课堂互动环境,提高学生主动参与学习的意识和能力,有效地发挥学生的主体作用,激发学生学习的积极主动性,让学生敢想、敢问、敢做、敢讲,一旦有了这样的学习氛围,教师就会教得轻松,学生就会学得愉快,从而有效提高教学效率.下面,笔者结合自己多年的教学实践来谈谈实现师生互动的一些策略.
