目的了解山东省农村卫生适宜技术的培训情况,分析培训的效果及影响因素,为可持续性适宜技术的培训提供改进策略。方法对山东省5个项目县参加农村卫生适宜技术培训的3 087名医务人员进行问卷调查,采用累积Logistic回归法分析培训的影响因素。结果本次调查获得有效问卷3 087份,其中县级卫生机构181人,乡级卫生机构1 397人,村级卫生机构1 509人;平均年龄为(45.13±11.95)岁;经单因素及多因素累积Logistic回归分析显示,专家授课水平对卫生适宜技术掌握程度影响最大(OR=383.369 8,P<0.001),其次是对技术需求程度(OR=56.9971,P<0.001)、技术本身难易程度(OR=41.2232,P<0.001)。结论农村卫生适宜技术的培训应结合当地卫生人员基本情况与各项技术特点,优选高素质培训专家,灵活选择培训方式,促进县乡村卫生技术人员水平的提高。
Objective To understand the training situation of rural sanitary technology in Shandong Province, analyze the effect and influencing factors of training, and provide an improved strategy for the training of appropriate and sustainable technology. Methods A total of 3 087 medical staff who participated in the training of suitable rural health technology in 5 project counties of Shandong Province were surveyed, and the influencing factors of training were analyzed by cumulative Logistic regression. Results A total of 3 087 valid questionnaires were obtained in this survey, including 181 county-level health institutions, 1 397 township-level health institutions and 1,509 village-level health institutions with an average age of (45.13 ± 11.95) years. Logistic regression analysis showed that the level of expert instruction had the greatest effect on the mastery of appropriate technology (OR = 383.369 8, P <0.001), followed by the technical requirements (OR = 56.9971, P <0.001) (OR = 41.2232, P <0.001). Conclusions The training of appropriate technology for rural health should be based on the basic situation of local health personnel and various technical features, preferably high-quality training experts, and flexible selection of training methods to promote the improvement of county health technical personnel.
