运动训练与运动负荷之间有着密切的关系,如果运动负荷过小,达不到运动训练的目的;过大,易产生疲劳,难以恢复,造成疲劳的积累。只有在适宜的运动负荷下进行运动,机体才能产生良好的适应。由于个人的基本情况和对运动的适应程度有很大的差异等原因,所以对运动负荷的调控是一个较复杂的问题,也没有固定的模式。但利用心率指标来确定有效的运动负荷,既简便快捷,又具有合理性及有效性。
There is a close relationship between exercise training and exercise load. If the exercise load is too small, the purpose of exercise training will not be reached. If it is too large, fatigue will easily occur and it will be difficult to recover, resulting in the accumulation of fatigue. Only in the appropriate exercise load exercise, the body can produce a good adaptation. Because of the basic conditions of individuals and the degree of adaptation to exercise are very different and other reasons, so the regulation of exercise load is a more complex issue, there is no fixed pattern. However, the use of heart rate indicators to determine the effective exercise load, both simple and quick, but also reasonable and effective.
