《国际商法论丛》(以下简称《论丛》)现面向全国和海外征稿。《论丛》创办于1999年,由中国法学会国际经济法学研究会(2012年更名为中国国际经济贸易法学研究会)和对外经济贸易大学法学院主办。创办以来,本论丛逐步形成了自己的特色和定位,注重从比较法特别是英美法的角度,研究跨国民商法律制度,关注前沿问题;强调理论联系实际,为涉外经济法律制度建设服务。本论丛刊发了一系列“公司投资法”、“侵权法”、“世界贸易组织法”、“欧盟
The ”International Business Law Symposium“ (hereinafter referred to as ”Symposium“) is now open for the country and overseas solicitation. The Symposium was founded in 1999 by the China Law Society International Economic Law Research Association (renamed in 2012 China International Economic and Trade Law Research Association) and the University of International Business and Economics Law School. Since the founding of the People’s Liberation Army, this essay has gradually formed its own unique characteristics and orientation. It focuses on studying the legal system of transnational civil and commercial businesses and paying attention to frontier issues from the perspective of comparative law, especially Anglo-American law. It emphasizes linking theory with practice and serving the construction of foreign economic law system. This group publishes a series of ”Investment Law“, ”Tort Law“, ”WTO Law“, ”EU"
