传统的思想品德课堂教学大多是采取“满堂灌”方式,教师只重视教师的教,忽视了学生的学。通过中学思想品德课堂教学的这种现状,教师必须转变教学观念、引导学生主动参与学习过程、重视学困生的转化工作、加强教师课堂教学能力的提高,建设一支高素质的思想品德教师队伍。
Most of the traditional ideological and moral classroom teaching is to take “full house irrigation ” way, the teacher only emphasizes the teacher’s teaching, ignoring the student’s learning. Through the current situation of high school ideological and moral classroom teaching, teachers must change their teaching conception, guide students to take the initiative to participate in the learning process, attach importance to the transformation work of students with disabilities, enhance the ability of teachers in classroom teaching and build a team of high-quality teachers of ideological and moral character .
