去年五月开始,福建省卫生计生委发布了《福建省新型农村合作医疗定点医疗机构管理办法(试行)》,这标志着福建省新型合作医疗工作迈入了新的阶段。新型农村合作医疗的有效实施,为农民看病提供了便捷,是农村健康的保障基础。现阶段,新型农村合作医疗事业还处于发展期,在部分环节上还需要进一步完善。基于此,本文对新型农村合作医疗进行了综合性阐述,并提出了相关发展策略,以供参考。
Since May last year, Fujian Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission has promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Newly-designated Rural Cooperative Medical Care Medical Institutions in Fujian Province (Trial Implementation), marking a new phase of Fujian’s new cooperative medical work. The effective implementation of the new rural cooperative medical care provides convenience for farmers to see a doctor and is the basis for ensuring rural health. At this stage, the new type of rural cooperative medical service is still in its development phase, and some links still need to be further improved. Based on this, this article comprehensively elaborates the new rural cooperative medical system and puts forward some relevant development strategies for reference.
