斑茅[Erianthus arundinaceus(Retz.) Jeswiet]具有抗病虫、抗旱、抗寒、宿根性强等优点,是一种很好的种质资源。广大的甘蔗育种者做了大量的尝试,希望能把这些优良性状导入到现代甘蔗品种中,并取得了很大的进步,获得了一批F1和BC1后代。随后,又获得了一批BC2无性系。我们使用30个ISSR标记,对来自10个杂交组合的164个BC2无性系的杂种真实性进行鉴定。结果表明,有160个是真正的杂种,其中的138个同时具有父母本的特征带,另外22个仅具有父本的特征带,余下的4个无性系在本研究中还不能确定其杂种的真实性。总体来看,大部分组合仅用2个ISSR标记即可鉴定杂种的真实性,少数组合甚至仅用1个标记。这说明利用ISSR标记进行甘蔗杂种真实性的鉴定是可行且相当有效的。
Erianthus arundinaceus (Retz.) Jeswiet is a good germplasm resource with the advantages of resistance to pests, drought, cold and strong perenniality. The majority of sugarcane breeders have done a lot of attempts in the hope of introducing these excellent traits into modern sugarcane varieties and making great strides in obtaining a number of F1 and BC1 offspring. Subsequently, a number of BC2 clones were obtained. Using 30 ISSR markers, we identified hybrid authenticity of 164 BC2 clones from 10 cross combinations. The results showed that 160 of them were true hybrids, of which 138 also had parents ’characteristic bands and the other 22 had only male parents’ characteristic bands. The remaining 4 clones had no specific hybrids in this study Authenticity. Overall, most combinations identify the authenticity of hybrids with only two ISSR markers, with only a few combinations even using one marker. This indicates that the identification of sugarcane hybrid authenticity using ISSR markers is feasible and quite effective.
