张××男32岁一九八八年六月六日,首次癫痫发作清醒后,左眼突然失明,遂于他院诊断为左眼视网膜中央动脉栓塞,经对症药物治疗后仍无光感,一个月后来本院就诊并接受针灸治疗。体格检查:神志清,体质消瘦,体温36.2℃脉搏84次/分,呼吸18次/分,血压110/82mmHg,心电图显示正常。余未查见异常。眼科检查:右眼视力1.2,左眼视力无光感。右眼瞳孔直径4mm,直接光反应存在;左眼瞳孔直径8mm,直接光反应消
