国防产业结构的发展变化遵循着一定的客观规律。从动力机制方面考察,主要受供给因素、需求因素和国防因素的制约。供给因素大致有四类,即:技术基础、投资矢量、存量构成和国家资源条件;需求因素有三类,即:国防费支出结构、最终产品存量规模和结构,以及国防战略;国际因素主要有军贸和军事技术合作。
The development and changes of the national defense industry structure follow certain objective laws.
