俗话说,民以食为天。随着物质生活的提高,人们对食品种类和质量的追求越来越高。台湾自古以来就有“美丽宝岛”的盛誉,除了拥有怡人的风景名胜,台湾更是一座美食天堂。2008年7月4日实现了大陆和台湾两岸开放直航,越来越多的大陆居民更加关注台湾的饮食文化。为此,2008年7月26日,借台湾中央大学中文系姚振黎教授应邀到昆明参加全国高职院校学报研究会2008年学术研讨会之机,本刊编辑罗杰文对姚教授进行了专访。
As the saying goes, people eat food for the day. With the improvement of material life, people’s pursuit of food types and quality is getting higher and higher. Taiwan has enjoyed a reputation of “Beautiful Treasure Island” since ancient times. Taiwan has a gourmet paradise besides having beautiful scenery and scenic spots. On July 4, 2008, China and Taiwan opened a direct route of cross-strait direct access. More and more mainland residents are paying more attention to Taiwan’s food culture.
