目的评价厄他培南治疗呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性。方法收集医院113例呼吸道感染住院患者使用厄他培南治疗的疗效分析。结果 113例患者痊愈82例、显效22例、好转5例、无效4例,临床治疗总有效率92.04%;痰培养检出阳性率28.17%,血培养检出阳性率9.68%,治疗后总细菌清除率为100.00%;治疗前肝功能异常8例、肾功能异常5例,治疗后肝功能5例恢复正常、3例好转;肾功能1例恢复正常、4例好转,其余病例治疗前后肝肾功能均正常;神经系统不良反应3例,占2.65%。结论厄他培南治疗呼吸道感染疗效确切,适宜中重症感染,安全、有效,为临床提供了理想的抗细菌感染治疗药物选择之一。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ertapenem in the treatment of respiratory tract infections. Methods Efficacy of Ertapenem in hospitalized 113 patients with respiratory tract infection was collected. Results In 113 cases, 82 cases were cured, 22 cases were markedly improved, 5 cases were improved, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92.04%. The positive rate of sputum culture was 28.17%, and the positive rate of blood culture was 9.68% The clearance rate was 100.00%; 8 cases of abnormal liver function before treatment, 5 cases of renal dysfunction, 5 cases of liver function returned to normal after treatment, 3 cases improved; 1 case of renal function returned to normal, 4 cases improved, the rest of the cases before and after treatment of liver and kidney Function are normal; 3 cases of nervous system adverse reactions, accounting for 2.65%. Conclusion Ertapenem is effective in treating respiratory tract infections and is suitable for moderate and severe infections, which is safe and effective. It provides an ideal choice of anti-bacterial drug for the clinical treatment.
