从50年代始,合成类固醇在一些运动员当中使用比较普遍,一些研究也表明。使用这类药物与力量的增长呈平行关系。同时,充分的研究也证实,滥用这类药物除了对性发育和性功能产生不良影响外,还表现为肝功能、脂化学和心脏功能的异常,然而,使用这类药物对机体的主要免疫器官——胸腺的发育和超微结构的影响,却缺乏研究报道。 本文用3.5周龄的健康雄性大鼠40只,体重230—250克,随机分为实验组及对照组。实验组大鼠48小时腹腔注射丙酸睾丸酮1次,每次12.5mg/只,共10次,对照组未给予任何处理,所有动物均于末次给药2天后,按常规取材制石腊切片和电镜包埋块切片。光镜及H—600型电镜下观察。结果如下:光镜下定量测算皮、髓质比例,可见大鼠胸腺迅速退化,皮质明显变
