[目的]目前传统农药残留前处理方法所需时间较长。以能够快速便捷的检测果蔬中的农药残留为目的。[方法]建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)采用多壁碳纳米管农药多残留同步快速前处理技术测定水果和蔬菜中16种农药残留物的分析方法。以乙腈为提取溶剂、乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,经超高效液相色谱分离,以串联质谱在采用多反应监控(MRM)模式下测定。[结果]16种农药残留物的线性关系良好,平均回收率为81.2%~97.4%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~8.5%。[结论]该方法可以作为实验室测定农药残留的分析参考方法。
[Objective] At present, the traditional method of pesticide residue pretreatment takes longer time. To be able to quickly and easily detect pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables for the purpose. [Method] The establishment of an ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS / MS) method for simultaneous determination of 16 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by multi-walled carbon nanotube synchronized rapid pre-treatment of pesticides. Acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase with acetonitrile as the extraction solvent, separated by ultra performance liquid chromatography and determined by tandem mass spectrometry in a multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. [Result] The linear relationship of 16 kinds of pesticide residues was good with the average recoveries of 81.2% -97.4% and the relative standard deviations of 2.3% -8.5%. [Conclusion] This method can be used as a reference method for laboratory analysis of pesticide residues.
