目的查明食物中毒原因,检出病原菌。方法引用中华人民共和国国家标准——食品微生物学检验及中华人民共和国卫生行业标准——食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理原则,进行病原菌分离、鉴定及判断。另用荧光定量PCR检测sea,seb,sec,sed,see 5种常见金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素基因,进行分子分型。结果 75样品中分离出10株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中有3株来自食品样本,2株来自饮用水,工用具1株,病人4株。10株阳性株中,有8株荧光定量PCR检测sea肠毒素基因阳性。结论本起食物中毒是由水质污染的金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素(sea基因)引起。
Objective To identify the causes of food poisoning, detection of pathogens. Methods Reference national standards of the People’s Republic of China - food microbiology test and the health industry standards of the People’s Republic of China - food poisoning diagnostic criteria and technical principles, the pathogen isolation, identification and judgment. The other five kinds of common Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin genes were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR for sea, seb, sec, sed, see, for molecular typing. Results Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from 75 samples, of which 3 were from food samples, 2 were from drinking water, 1 was for utility tools and 4 were patients. Among the 10 positive strains, 8 were positive for the toxin gene of toxin by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Conclusion This food poisoning is caused by water-contaminated Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin (sea gene).
