目的:建立离子色谱法检测饮用水中三氯乙酸的方法。方法:采用大体积进样检测自来水样品中μg/L级有害三氯乙酸离子,以4.5 mmol/L Na2CO3和0.8 mmol/L NaHCO3的混合溶液为淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,可一次进样检测三氯乙酸与常见阴离子。结果:三氯乙酸浓度在10μg/ml~120μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,回归方程y=46.216x+0.023,r=0.9994(n=6),检出限为2.0μg/L(进样100μl,3倍噪声所相当的量),方法精密度试验,相对标准偏差在2.2%~4.6%之间。对样品加标回收,回收率在94%~97%之间。结论:本方法适用于生活饮用水中的三氯乙酸浓度测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trichloroacetic acid in drinking water by ion chromatography. Methods: Samples of trichloroacetic acid (μg / L) in tap water samples were detected by large volume injection.
