为进一步加强编辑部与通讯员及广大读者、作者的联系,办好本刊,根据1992年“牡丹江会议”精神,决定在各省(市、自治区)水利水保机构中建立通联发行工作站,简称通联站,职责如下: 一、负责《中国水土保持》杂志在所辖范围内的各有关部门和单位的发行征订宣传工作,尤其是在每年10～12月组织督促地、县有关部门订阅下年度本刊,掌握征订进度与出现的问题,并及时与编辑部取得联系。
