本文报告了用D-氨基半乳糖诱发急性肝炎动物模型,以琥珀酸羟基哌喹治疗30天,通过ALT、AST及淋巴细胞转化率测定和肝脏病理观察结果表明,琥珀酸羟基哌喹能增强细胞免疫功能,减轻肝脏病变程度和捉进实验性肝炎的恢复。
