本文在分析挫折教育内涵、作用的基础上,探讨了其在高校体育教学过程中实施的可行性问题,认为体育教育在实施挫折教育中有不可替代的作用,应采用适合大学生心理和生理特点的方法,在体育活动竞赛中适时渗透挫折教育,并注重让学生进行自我评价以期全面提高学生的心理素质。
Based on the analysis of the connotation and function of setback education, this article discusses the feasibility of its implementation in the process of college PE teaching. It considers that P.E. plays an irreplaceable role in the implementation of setback education and should be adapted to the psychological and physiological characteristics of college students Method, timely penetration of frustration education in sports competitions, and focus on allowing students to self-evaluation in order to improve the overall psychological quality of students.
