在MID动物模型上,以西药喜得镇为对照,采用水迷宫和避暗试验观察了醒脑胶囊对痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。同时应用化学荧光法测定痴呆大鼠海马中去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)含量的变化。结果∶用药各组大鼠游迷宫所需时间和进入盲端的错误次数显著少于模型组(P<0.05),避暗试验中潜伏期和5min内错误次数又显著优于模型组(P<0.05),且中药大剂量组学习记忆成绩显著优于中、小剂量组和西药组。中药大、中剂量组大鼠海马中NE含量显著高于小剂量组、西药组及模型组(P<0.01),大剂量组海马中DA含量又显著高于中、小剂量组(P<0.05)。提示醒脑胶囊在有效改善痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力的同时,还能明显提高痴呆大鼠海马中NE、DA含量。
In the animal model of MID, Xideng town of western medicine was used as a control. The effects of Xingnao capsule on learning and memory ability of dementia rats were observed using water maze and darkness avoidance test. Simultaneously, the changes of norepinephrine (NE) and dopamine (DA) contents in the hippocampus of dementia rats were measured by chemiluminescence method. Results: The time spent on labyrinth maze and the number of errors entering the blind side in each group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P<0.05). The latent period and the number of errors within 5 minutes were significantly better than those in the model group (P< 0.05), and the high-dose Chinese medicine group learning and memory performance was significantly better than the medium and small dose group and Western medicine group. The contents of NE in the hippocampus of rats in the medium and large doses of traditional Chinese medicine were significantly higher than those in the low dose group, western medicine group, and model group (P<0.01). DA levels in the high dose group were significantly higher than those in the middle and small dose groups (P <0.05). Tips Xingnao Capsule can effectively improve the learning and memory ability of dementia rats, but also can significantly increase the content of NE and DA in the hippocampus of dementia rats.
