信息收集是企业社会责任(CSR)评价的重要环节,各CSR信息收集方法优缺点并存。通览之下,中国CSR评价体系更多依赖于媒体、公众和外部专家信息;国外CSR评价体系则以厚重的研究为基础,并体现公司报告和NGOs的力量。CSR信息收集方法选择的背后是不同的评价机构实力、评价对象CSR意识和其他CSR环境,这些势必也将成为中国CSR整体提升的重要方面。
Information collection is an important part of corporate social responsibility (CSR) evaluation, and the advantages and disadvantages of various CSR information collection methods coexist. In summary, CSR evaluation system in China relies more on information from the media, the public and external experts. Foreign CSR evaluation systems are based on heavy research and reflect the strength of corporate reports and NGOs. Behind the selection of CSR information collection methods is the strength of different evaluation institutions, the CSR awareness of evaluation targets and other CSR environments, which will inevitably also become an important aspect of the overall improvement of CSR in China.
