中小学教育培训机构日益成为高职师范类学生的主要就业去向之一,每年容纳了相当一部分的毕业生。然而,学生的能力素质与当前社会对从业者的要求之间存在着一定差异。文章从学生在教育培训机构的实习入手,分析产生差异的原因,提出对现有课程作出调整,加大对学生综合能力的培养,最终实现提高学生就业率和就业满意度的目标。
Primary and secondary education and training institutions are increasingly becoming one of the major employment destinations for higher vocational and technical college students and occupy a considerable proportion of graduates each year. However, there are some differences between students’ abilities and qualities and current social demands on practitioners. The article starts with students ’internship in education and training institutions, analyzes the reasons for the differences, proposes that the existing curricula should be adjusted, the students’ overall abilities should be raised, and finally the goal of improving the employment rate and satisfaction of students should be achieved.
