直流电动钻机经济运行的条件是 ,柴油机在 (或接近 )持续功率的 90 %运行 ;尽量提高电网功率因数 ,降低电流 ,充分利用发电机组的容量 ,减少发电机组使用台数 ,减少电动机和发电机发热 ,提高电磁效率。具体应采取两条措施 ,一是在钻进过程中根据需要选择一定的钻井泵泵压、排量及转盘转速后 ,应尽量选择小尺寸钻井泵缸套 ,使钻井泵在允许的较高冲次下工作 ;二是在起钻过程中 ,根据井下情况 ,选择一定的起钻速度后 ,尽量使绞车在低速挡位工作 ,达到电动机输出低扭矩、高转速之目的。这样 ,绞车、钻井泵润滑情况会更好 ,使设备磨损减少。
