物业管理是城市化发展和房地产经济发展的必然产物,而在物业管理中,妥善处理法律关系乃是关键问题。只有妥善处理好物业管理中的法律关系,才能够有效解决各类物业纠纷事件。本文主要结合实际对物业管理中的法律关系辨析问题进行了浅要分析,希望对我国的物业管理工作发展有所助益。
Property management is the inevitable result of urbanization and real estate economic development. In the property management, properly handling the legal relationship is the key issue. Only properly handle the legal relationship in property management, we can effectively solve various types of property disputes. This article mainly analyzes the legal relation in the property management with the actual analysis, and hopes to help the development of the property management in our country.
