多发性骨髓瘤是浆细胞恶性增生引起的肿瘤性疾病。一例报告于下: 病历摘要 患者孙××,女,62岁,住医号73079。于1975年4月初起右肩部疼痛,持续低烧在38℃左右,头昏,乏力,全身不适。一次起床穿衣突然右锁骨处剧烈疼痛,影响肢体活动,继之左下肢也感疼痛,以小退和足部为重,因活动受限,肌肉日渐萎缩。
Multiple myeloma is a neoplastic disease caused by malignant proliferation of plasma cells. A case report is as follows: Patient summary Sun × ×, female, 62 years old, doctor number 73079. Right shoulder pain in early April 1975, sustained low fever at about 38 ℃, dizziness, fatigue, general malaise. Suddenly the right clavicle at a sudden severe pain, affecting limb activity, followed by the left lower extremity also feel pain, with small retreat and foot as the focus, due to limited mobility, the muscles shrinking.
