2003年,建设部颁发《关于培育工程总承包和工程项目管理企业的指导意见》,本文结合FIDIC合同条款中D-B模式与EPC模式风险分担的不同方式,对工程总承包和工程项目管理所涉及的一些问题进行了论述。
In 2003, the Ministry of Construction issued the Guiding Opinions on Fostering General Contracting and Engineering Project Management Enterprises. This paper combines the different ways of risk sharing between DB model and EPC model in the terms of FIDIC contractual terms, and deals with the general contracting of projects and project management. Some issues were discussed.
