一、百年遗憾——诺贝尔文学奖与中国诺贝尔文学奖的创立人是瑞典著名的化学家阿尔弗里德·诺贝尔。他1833年生于瑞典,1896年去世。诺贝尔于1895年11月27日立下遗嘱,将他的全部财产,即当时的3100万克朗设立基金,将每年的利息作为奖金授予在物理、化学、医学、文学、和平五个领域做出突出贡献的人。诺贝尔文学奖自从1901年设立以来,截至2011年,已经111个年头,在此期间共颁奖111次,共有来自37个国家的108名作家获此殊荣。然而,遗憾的是,中国作为一个有着几千年文明史和丰富文化遗产的东方文明古国,无一人能成功问鼎诺贝尔奖。
