近几年来,军事医学科学院有600多项科技成果获国家级和军队级奖励。在成绩面前,院党委和院领导却喜中有忧:喜的是科技干部有了发挥所长的广阔舞台;忧的是科技干部身体素质下降。为此,院常委近几年来把卫生保健工作列入重要议事日程,当作贯彻落实党的知识分子政策、保证出成果出人才的硬任务来抓。院专门成立了保健工作领导小组,围绕搞好科技干部的卫生保健,爱惜和保护人才,采取一系列措施。 1.大力普及卫生保健知识,不断增强科技干部的自我保健能力。为增强大家的卫生意识和自我保健能力,院在闭路电视开辟“卫生与保健”专栏,宣传大卫生观念,通报查体情况,普及心理保健、营养保健、牙齿保健、中老年保健、妇女保健、慢性病防治、季节性疾病防治等健康知识。 2.在上级的关心支持下,院筹建了“两个中
