我是一个企业的政工干部,在国有企业改革的实践中,深深认识到搞好企业思想政治工作的重要性,并深刻体会到在新形势下做好企业思想政治工作必须在新、活、实三字上狠下功夫,才能取得较好的效果。所谓新,就是根据国内外、厂内外新形势,研究新情况、提出新办法、解决新问题、所谓活,就是做思想政治工作不能生搬硬套,而是要灵活多样。所谓实,就是在做思想政治工作时把落脚点摆在解决实际问题上。要做到新活实,就要作好以下几方面的工作: 一要牢牢把握住一个根本指针。就是要牢牢把握住以马列主义毛泽东思想特别是邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论为根本指针;以江泽民总书记提出的以科学的理论武装人,以正确的舆论引导人,以高尚的精神塑造人,以优秀的作品鼓舞人为主要内容,始终坚持思想政治工作的正确方向和主弦,最大限度地把人的积极性调动起来,为建设社会主义服务。 二要有健全的组织机构。在市场竞争情况下,一些企业领导容易出现只抓生产经营忽视思想政治工作的倾向,如果没
