本课题以南京地质调查中心为样本,通过对人才结构的现状进行分析,说明青年科技人才、专业领军人才、集成复合型人才是目前地质单位发展的紧缺性人才。为了突破人才瓶颈,提出对策性措施,必须更新人才管理理念、健全完善人才培养机制、创新人才管理思路。
This project takes Nanjing Geological Survey Center as a sample and analyzes the status quo of talent structure, which shows that young scientists and technologists, professional leaders and integrated talents are the most urgent talents for the development of geological units. In order to break through the talent bottleneck and propose countermeasures, we must update the concept of talent management, improve and perfect the system of personnel training, and innovate the ideas of talent management.
