关于天窗的六杆启闭机构,其自动控制部分,己有初步研究成果。但六杆机构本身的参数选择,却仍停留在以测绘为基础的比较设计阶段。因此,作者认为确立机构参数的定量计算方法是必要的。本文以天窗启闭的技术要求为依据,从分析六杆机构的动力和几何特性入手,建立机构参数间的解析关系,并指出了设计计算的步骤程序及参数取值中应该注意的问题,可供设计者参考和选用。
On the six windows open and close the sunroof mechanism, the automatic control part, have preliminary research results. However, the parameters of the six-bar mechanism itself still remain in the comparative design stage based on surveying and mapping. Therefore, the author believes that it is necessary to establish a quantitative calculation method of institutional parameters. Based on the technical requirements of sunroof opening and closing, starting with the analysis of the dynamic and geometric characteristics of six-bar mechanism, this paper establishes the analytical relationship between the mechanism parameters and points out the steps that should be paid attention to in the process of design calculation and parameter values. For designers reference and selection.
