硫酰氟是一种国内新近研制成功的薰蒸剂。具有渗透性强,低温使用方便,无腐蚀性等特点。能杀灭粮食虫害,对白蚁有较强的杀伤力。适用于外轮粮食、储存的木材、药材、烟草、百货、竹木器,古物图书等害虫的防治,杀虫效果良好。也可用作电气绝缘气,目前正在积极推广使用中。关于硫酰氟的毒性资料甚少,仅见Truhaut等的急性毒性和Gossel的慢性毒性零星报导。为了配合硫酰氟的研制工作,为今后毒性安全评价,安全生产和使用硫酰氟提供科学资料,进行了硫酰氟的急性,亚急性毒性、毒作用方式和实验治疗等方面的研究。
