黄蜀葵花为锦葵科秋葵属植物黄蜀葵Abelmoschus manihot(L.)Medic.的干燥花,具有消炎镇痛作用.黄蜀葵花主要含黄酮类化合物,目前尚未有含量测定方法的报道.本文采用比色法测定了黄蜀葵花中黄酮类化合物的含量,结果较满意,方法简便可靠. 一、仪器与试药仪器721型分光光度计(上海分析仪器厂),UV-3000型紫外分光光度计(日本岛津)
The yellow hollyhock flower is a dried flower of the Malvaceae genus Okra Abelmoschus manihot (L.) Medic. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The yellow marigold flower mainly contains flavonoids. There is no report on the content determination methods. The content of flavonoids in Scutellaria baicalensis was determined by the method. The results were satisfactory and the method was simple and reliable. I.
