在毛主席无产阶级革命路线指引下,随着教育革命的不断深入发展,我们精密铸造小组于71年初与我院船舶内燃机设计与制造专业采用熔模精密铸造离心浇注工艺整体铸造出25DJ型柴油机增压器涡轮和压气机叶轮。经过二年多的不断试验,增压器涡轮在500℃温度下,压气机叶轮在60℃温度下经2,4000转/分的运转,性能和效率达到设计要求。
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s proletarian revolutionary line, along with the continuous deepening of the educational revolution, our Precision Casting Group, in early 71, and our hospital, specializing in the design and manufacture of marine internal combustion engines, used the investment casting precision casting centrifugal casting process to cast 25DJ diesel engine as a whole Turbine and compressor impeller. After more than two years of continuous testing, turbocharger turbine at 500 ℃ temperature, the compressor impeller at 60 ℃ temperature by 2,4000 rev / min operation, performance and efficiency to meet the design requirements.
