近年来,随着生活水平的提高及双休日作息制度的推行,市民出行旅游已成为社会时尚。佘山国家旅游度假区的建设对于改善上海目前旅游业状况具有重要的意义。佘山国家旅游度假区的建设也是完善上海投资环境的重要举措,既可为国内外来沪的经济、科技界人士提供最佳的疗养、度假、娱乐场所,也可根据需要,为他们提供业务洽谈、学术交流和各种会议服务。 1 总体规划概述 佘山国家旅游度假区总体规划(1996年7月经上海市人民政府批准)是本次核心区规划的依据。 总体规划的结构设想是由“绿心”形成“绿轴”,带动“一区”“三镇”及以“三镇”为依托的旅游区。
