德国、瑞士、美国、英国、日本的流行病学调查资料已经证实,从事铬酸盐生产工人中存在着发生肺癌的高度危险性。其发生肺癌死亡的危险性比一般人群大3.6~29倍;其肺癌死亡约占全部死亡的20~45%(一般人群仅为1~2%);在全部恶性肿瘤死亡中肺癌约占50~80%(一般人群为8~12%)。因此德国、日本等国已相继把从事铬酸盐生产工人的肺癌列入职业病名单。在我国则迄今还没有作过这一方面的调查研究,
Epidemiological survey data from Germany, Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan have confirmed the high risk of developing lung cancer among chromate-producing workers. The risk of death from lung cancer is 3.6 to 29 times larger than that of the general population. The death of lung cancer accounts for 20 to 45% of all deaths (the general population is only 1 to 2%). In all cancer deaths, lung cancer accounts for about 50% 80% (the general population is 8 ~ 12%).
