目的 了解成都地区性病患者淋球菌、沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染现状及其变化情况。方法 用聚合酶链反应杂交梳方法对820例性病患者标本进行三种病原体的检测,并进行统计分析。结果 淋球菌检出率为21.3%,居首位,三种病原体感染情况均以男性高于女性,这与两年前调查结果略有不同,当时淋球菌感染率为女性高于男性。两次调查均以年轻者感染率较高。结论 所查三种病原菌是该地区引起性病的主要致病菌,其感染有年轻化趋势,非淋球菌尿道炎有增加趋势。聚合酶链反应适合于三种病原体的临床检测和流行病学调查。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and changes of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis and Ureaplasma urealyticum in STD patients in Chengdu area. Methods The specimens of 820 STD patients were tested for the three pathogens by polymerase chain reaction hybridization comb method and statistically analyzed. Results The detection rate of Neisseria gonorrhoeae was 21.3%, ranking the first place. The infection rate of all three pathogens was higher in males than in females, which was slightly different from the survey results two years ago when the prevalence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae was higher in females than in females. In both surveys, young people were found to have a higher infection rate. Conclusion The three pathogens examined are the main pathogens that cause venereal diseases in this area. The infections tend to be young and the non-gonococcal urethritis tends to increase. Polymerase chain reaction is suitable for clinical testing and epidemiological investigation of three pathogens.
