文章选取了国际上八个进行过多年评估的成熟评估体系作为调查对象,从评估侧重点、评估体系框架指标、评估对象和数据获取方式四方面进行了对比分析,并提出未来我国建立自己的评估体系时,应注重评估的全面性、评估数据获取方式的多元化以及评估周期的合理调控。
This article chooses eight mature assessment systems which have been evaluated in the world for many years and makes a comparative analysis from four aspects: the emphasis of assessment, the index of system framework, the object of assessment and the way of data acquisition, and proposes that our country should establish its own assessment in the future System, we should pay attention to the comprehensiveness of assessment, the diversity of assessment data acquisition methods and the reasonable regulation and control of evaluation cycle.
