歌唱,是人身体内与歌唱有关的各腔体与心理活动的有机结合,是人们一种全身心的愉悦活动过程。也就是说,歌唱时歌者的心情应是愉悦的,哪怕是歌唱悲愤哀怨的曲目,其内心的情感也应当是积极、主动、投入的。在声乐教学中,师生都拥有愉悦的心情非常重要,它能使学生更快地进入歌唱的状态,使教与学的过程更和谐。但是,一些教师在给学生上课时往往只注意呼吸、发声、共鸣、吐字等技巧方面的指导,而忽略了学生的心理状态及其所需的人文关怀。每个教师都希望自己的学生悟性高、进步快、成材早,恨不得一下就把复杂的声乐技能全教给他们。正是这种急切的心情,使得一些教师在教学中的言行常常是指责过多、宽容不够,极易使学生产生一种紧张和恐惧的心理,长此下去,就会由初始的紧张、恐惧慢慢地发展到不满和厌烦,相当一部分学生甚至还会产生逆反心理,在这种心理状态下的教与学的效果是可想而知的了。这样的状况必须避免,正如著名的声乐教育家沈湘先生所言:“我不喜欢在课堂上耍威风,那会弄得学生心理紧张,怎么还能由衷地歌唱?”为使学生能“由衷”地歌唱,我认为关键是教师要更多地对学生施以人文关怀,要善于营造歌唱教学中的愉悦情境。
