如何针对3~18岁不同年龄段学生的身心特点及其未来在家庭、社会、甚至世界上将承担起的角色责任进行有目标有步骤的培养?作为一所十五年制的学校,这是我们在办学过程中一直思考的问题。在“办师生喜欢的学校,让师生共同发展”办学理念的指导下,建青实验学校始终把发展学生“自我教育、自己管理、自主发展”的“三自”能力,培养具有“德行好、基础实、能力强、特长显、视野阔”的建青学子,作为育人目标。其中,“德行好、基础实”是学生发展的基础,“能力强、特长显”是学生发展的重点,“视野阔”是学生发展的更高要求。建青位于长宁区古北国际社区。古北社区是上海外籍人士最集中、成熟的国际社区之一,汇聚了来自37个国家和地区的近4000名境外人士,并因此拥有了“小联合国”的美称。随着境外人士与中国社会交流的日趋频繁和深入,建青的外籍学生也日益增多。目前该校有来自十几个国家的100余名外籍学生,而且每年还会有外籍教师和交流生到来。这些都为我们的“世界公民意识”教育提供了得天独厚的物质与文化教育资源。为
